We can provide either an “On site” or an “On Line” solution - and if you opt for On Line we can provide a free quarterly health check of your data without you having to leave the office.

On Line solutions provide the flexibility for you to let us help with the data entry and accounting controls, letting you do as much or as little as you choose, but at all times you have full access to the data. 

Our on-line service integrates fully with your back office systems and gives you up to the minute reports on how you are doing, key figures, profit and loss account, bank balances, etc.  The system includes the items below but can be enhanced to include stock control, project accounting, departmental accounting.  You can even upload purchase invoices so they are linked to transactions for an easy audit trail.
